Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are based on your order value:
· Orders from Rs. 1 to Rs. 1,499: Shipping Charges Rs. 299
· Orders from Rs. 1,500 to Rs. 5,000: Shipping Charges Rs. 249
· Orders from Rs. 5,001 to Rs. 15,000: Shipping Charges Rs. 149
· Orders above Rs. 15,000: FREE Shipping across Pakistan.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.
Order Processing
· Orders are processed after successful order confirmation.
· Orders are processed during our regular business days only.
· Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
· During promotional campaigns, sales, or public holidays, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 2–4 working days for most cities across Pakistan.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
· Remote delivery locations
· Weather conditions
· Public holidays
· Courier delays
· Unexpected logistical issues
· Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, Skinvince cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

To ensure reliable deliveries, Skinvince works with trusted courier and logistics partners.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipment updates or tracking information where available.
Order Inspection
We encourage customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
If you believe you have received:

· A defective product,
· An incorrect item, or
· An incomplete order,
please contact our customer support team as soon as possible so we can investigate and assist you.
Returns
You may request a return if:
· The product received is defective.
· The product delivered is incorrect.
· The product is significantly different from what you ordered.
To be eligible for a return:
· The product must be unused and unopened.
· The product must be returned in its original packaging.
· All original labels and seals must remain intact.
· You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Products that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a return.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets our return eligibility requirements.
After the inspection is completed:

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged product supplied by Skinvince, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved by Skinvince.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect shipping information, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, Skinvince reserves the right to cancel the order or charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery where applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at the time of placing their order.
